At least one fifth of the entire manpower at Newtech is dedicated to the cause of service and ensures that her customers are kept delighted. Our service moves swiftly, keeping close on the heels of sales, mapping new expectations of consumers and translating these needs into solutions through brick & mortar, systems & consumer-friendly procedures.

Terms & Conditions
Repair will be carried out through Newtech Service Centers or its Authorized Service Dealers/Distributors.
We shall make every effort to carry out the repairs and return the equipment within one week. However, we shall not be liable for any consequences arising due to delay under circumstances beyond its control.
In the event of repair of any part/s of the equipment, this warranty will thereafter continue and remain in force only for the un-expired period of the warranty. Moreover, the time taken for repair and in transit whether under the warranty or otherwise shall not be excluded from the warranty period.
Newtech & her authorized service center/ service dealers reserve the right to retain any part/s or component/s replaced during the warranty period.
The warranty does not cover normal wear & tear and accessories of the equipment.
Our liability under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or providing replacement of part/s, which are found to be defective.
Repairs during warranty period shall be done on "Carry In" basis unless otherwise mentioned.


Receipt of defective materials

Each equipment must accompany a report indicating the nature of defect, in case the material is sent by a dealer / distributor / C&F agent and Newtech branches. An end-user customer should bring a proof of purchase. In absence of the above, Newtech shall not be liable for timely replacement.
Original Newtech Warranty stickers must be available on each product. Any tampering with the stickers or attempt to repair by an unauthorized person shall void the warranty on the equipment.
All defective equipment should be packed carefully to be transported worthy. Broken / damaged parts would be returned back without repair or the cost of the broken / damaged parts would be recovered from the consignor after Newtech receives a written request for the same.
All defective equipment shall be received on freight "Prepaid" basis. We all bear the return freight to the customer. Under circumstances of equipments being received on "To pay" basis, we shall recover the freight amount before sending the equipments on Freight "Prepaid" basis. This shall be done by sending debit note to the concerned Party. The same may be either paid by the Party or accounted for in its books of accounts.
Parties are requested to send appropriate statutory papers like waybills. We would not be liable for any delay arising in the replacement due to non-availability of these documents.
Newtech will physically check the equipment upon the receipt and generate a MRV (Job order) if the equipment is found O.K. in terms of quantity and condition. One copy of MRV would be sent to the Party through Email and / or courier. Direct customer will get one copy of MRV at the time of submission.
Equipment would be sent to the concerned Party through courier / transport along with a MIV (Material Issue Voucher). Any discrepancy in terms of quantity and condition should be notified to Newtech service department within 7 days of the MIV date. After 7 days no claim would be entertained. 

Warranty isn't available in any of following case
The product is not correctly used according to instructions given in the instruction manual or User's manual.
Defects caused by improper use as determined by the company personnel.
Modification or alteration of any nature is made in the electrical circuitry/ or physical construction of the set.
Installation/ repair work is carried out by a person/agency other than that authorized by the company.
Site (premises where the product is kept) conditions that do not conform to the recommended operating conditions of the product.
Equipment where the warranty stickers are defaced or tampered or missing.
Defects caused due to factors beyond the company's control such as lightning, abnormal voltage, acts of God or while in transit to service center or purchaser's residence. 
 
Out of warranty materials
The following shall constitute the out of warranty material;
Equipment wherein the stipulated warranty period has expired;
Equipment where the warranty sticker are tampered;
Euipments are repaired by unauthorized sources.

Note:
A. Above warranty is valid on the product that is intact and with a genuine warranty sticker.
B. Above warranty is not valid on the products sold as second.
